Town hall-style forum to be held at HU

Huntington University, assisted by HuntingtonPolitics.com, is sponsoring the Indiana State Senate District 17 town hall forum at 7 p.m. on Oct. 27 at the Merillat Centre for the Arts.
The free event will include Whitley County Councilman Jim Banks, Huntington resident and Coffee D’Vine owner Ron Fusselman and Huntington County Commissioner President Tom Wall, among others.

Dwight Brautigam, Ph.D., professor of history and chair of the Department of History and Political Science, will host the event, with Gary L. Snyder and Kris Underwood acting as the candidate moderator and the audience moderator, respectively. Snyder represents HuntingtonPolitics.com, and Underwood is an on-air personality at WAWC 103.5 in Warsaw, Ind. Hoosieraccess.com will provide a live video web cast of the event.
